Voted : 8 degrees in Las Vegas, Nevada
Which, WITHOUT a wind chill, is equivalent to around 10 below in a damp climate. People from up North can't even take our 50 degrees because it's a different kind of cold. Here the cold will go right through a parka because there is almost no humidity to create a seal. When it gets cold here, you feel like you're being ironed.
