The mini series ''Band of Brothers'' changed my views of life, everything those guys sacrificied for there country, boys struck down in the prime of there life to fight a war I just have sooo much respect for all military personal, and I cant wait to join next year.

Yes. I took a Technical Leadership course from an instructor named Daniel Freedman. Five days long. He warned us at the start that every exercise would have tricks to it. But they were competitive and timed; 90% of the group completely ignored the caveat and dived in, using the Obvious Approach. Excellent course -- best Real-Life influence ever.

One specific nugget: We are always presented with binary choices -- true/false, black/white, option A or B ... whenever you are presented with a binary choice: Stop. Think of me. And look for Option C.
