Please, The Bin Laden family disowned Osama years ago. The Bin Laden Family may be (and probably is) civil for all you know. He even has relatives in the US that are ashamed to be his relative (saw them on TV) and I read that he also has a relative in the UK (I think) who is aspiring to be a popstar. This is like blaming Castro's daughter (who fled to Miami & despises what is going on in Cuba) for Fidels dirty deeds. Also, our partnership with OBL was a mistake, but we were more worried about the Soviets at that time. Hindsight is always 20/20.
Guest, everybody has engaged in the "enemy of the enemy is my friend" policy. Don't pretend like we are the only ones. Sadly, *nobody* said anything when Saddam gassed his own people. The world community should have said cared, but nobody spoke up. We gave Saddam weapons, we shouldn't have, but that is in the past now. Everyone was cozying up to questionable nations during the cold war, not only us. We had bigger fish to fry. The cold war is over now, and we won. The world is far better off now that the Soviet bloc is gone. Don't make everything out to be our fault, the US has done a whole lot of good in this world.
Are you talking about back in 2000. Wasn't the whole idea of selling NK nuclear reactors Bill Clintons idea? Rumsfeld wasn't even in the political arena back then. He was just the director of the company selling them.
Let's not forget his policy of beating prisoners into submission that he and his administration are still hiding 20 documents of that they're refusing to turn over to the Congress.
The numbers speak for themselves!
No man is without sin. Bush himself said that we are all sinners. Your pastor is committing a sin by bringing politics into religion.
Bush should know. Ol' Dubya went into business with Osama's brother. The oil business, funnily enough. Unfortunately the business went bust and poor Osama's brother died in a plane crash. What a tragedy?
