Just like in society, you would have the people who pitch in and work and then you would have some that contribute little to nothing but complain about the work the others are doing. Just depends on how the working people deal with the complainers.
I would think it would depend on the people, but I really agree with what Tadema said. No matter who the people are, some will work, and some, for whatever reason, will not work, and not carry their own weight. In fact,they may even turn on you. That's why you eat them...?
To be honest, is worse comes to worse, id rather starve then eat human flesh.
