Farmer (or rancher, or hunter-gatherer). If there's no food, then all other professions are irrelevant.

Of course I could raid the abandoned Wal-Marts for tools and seeds and grow food myself, so maybe I don't need a farmer. Doctor might be a more reasonable choice, since I can't operate on myself. Unless I'm really self-confident.

Here Ye, Here Ye, Captain "MC MO" here,
I will need a botanist to help with a cannabis crop (Tommo). Need a chemist to set up the ecstasy lab (stranger7800, see if he really knows anything). Two cruise directors (Tadema & Qui_Qui) A Brewmaster (Dingle). Stocked Liquor bow, bartender (duckhead). A 40 day supply of bottled spring water (for drinking and bathing), gourmet food baskets and Aveda products(for hygiene). Lot's and lot's of costumes for the numerous theme parties, "Mardi gras", "Island Fever", "It's
Raining Men, and Women", tea dances, and of course the White and Red Parties. I need lights, sound, music, DJ (LCD, when he's finished as "OZ")...
And a hundred close friends.

No animals, bibles or bigots, sorry, space is limited!
