I was working as a temp in a mailroom for a major corporation whose name I won't divulge (ConAgra Foods) and they told me they didn't need me anymore. When I asked why, they said it was because I was on the Internet. However, everyone else was as well. So now today, they call me back and tell me that it was because I "said nasty things about President Bush" on the Internet while at work. Obviously that was on this website. I'm not blaming anybody for this debacle at all, of course. I typed it all. However, don't I have First Amendment rights? It's not like I asked if I should kill Bush or anything like that. I just don't like Bush. I dislike him even more now, lol. So has anything you wrote on this site caused you to lose your job? Yes -- dissed Bush online.
