Yes he can if the Arnie friends get their bill through.
Arnie's a Nazi. He was photographed doing a Nazi salute, he defended Kurt Waldheim (a Nazi war criminal and leader of the UN) and he comes from a family of Nazis (his father was a Nazi policeman)
