I don't, since usually, there's not a girl waiting to go in right after me, and even if there is, I had to lift the toilet seat, so she can put it down. If they're so obsessed with us putting the toilet seat down, why don't they lift it up for us? That's my opinion, what do you think?

I'm a woman, and I agree with you. Hope I don't get blasted for this, but what you say makes perfect sense. Although I like to put the whole seat down b/c of molecules of waste that might seep into the atmosphere. But that's a whole nother issue for which I am under heavy medication :-}

I put the sit down so I dont have to hear my girlfriends overdramartic scream when she goes pee in the middle of the night and sits on the rim that may have piss mist on it from when I went pee two hours earlier.
