These religious zealots are of the opinion that homosexuality is a choice. Further, that it's an IMMORAL choice. Why would anyone CHOOSE to be a homosexual, when most of society seems prejudiced against that lifestyle, and is set up to accommodate heterosexuals? Why would you CHOOSE to be ridiculed and to have your character impugned by a vast segment of society? It doesn't make any sense to me. I'm a heterosexual, but it wasn't something I thought about for a long time and made a decision about.
