it's called tough love. but he should also give some practical solutions and actual help, which he does, but many criticize and wouldn't dare sully themselves by helping someone they deem unworthy, but he does because he's a philanthropist. i know ghetto life seems stupid, but a lot of them do it because that's all they've seen, known, been taught since growing up. the customs of college, resume's, and careers seem foreign to them. i'm not trying to garner sympathy for them, just a little knowledge of why they don't want, and why so many refuse to change
