I voted for Morrison but it would've been great for Bill to have hopped off to somewhere nice and laid back, his job of trying to wake up the world's population done. Andy Kaufmann DID fake his own death. He is currently living just outside Toledo, where he lives in an abandoned mall which he has converted into a mansion.
