I think Andy Kaufman may have been crazy enough to pull it off.
I voted for Morrison but it would've been great for Bill to have hopped off to somewhere nice and laid back, his job of trying to wake up the world's population done. "Is that a village full of women and children? Where's the napalm?! I don't want any gay people hanging around me while i'm killing kids. I just don't want to see it!"
