We as a society should learn to hire and house and sell to others based strictly on the person and not anything to do with that person's color or gender, and let each person be hired on the basis of their own merit. I guess this poll should really focus light on how anything that is designed to benefit someone based on race/sex/religion will also end up hurting them because it still is segregative and not based on that person themselves.
