Demerol - though I didn't try it by myself, it was given to me after an injury. I've never been so sick in my life. Gave a new meaning to worshipping at the porcelain altar.

Scariest? I'm not sure I understand the question, but I'm gonna go with the combination of mushrooms and ketamine (animal tranquilizer) as the single most frightening and intense drug experience I've had, and cocaine. Squirting bloody unidentifiable chunks at 11 am after you've been up all night and you feel like the walking undead turned out to be not so fun.
