Yes. It's the young ones (mostly in redneck areas) who are not used to seeing people of other colors, but are still good inside. When educated and when they go through experiences with other races, they change their views 180 degrees. Those are the good ones.

The bad ones are the adult, mature ones who hate others because of their ethnicit or skin color, no matter WHAT. Those are the bad ones.

I'd say only if you're using "race" in the biological sense of the word. I would, for example, have no problem with someone who favored humans over cockroaches, dogs over goldfish, or lady bugs over ants. But "race" as 99% of people use the word is a bulls--t concept, with no (well, a minimal) basis in biology.
