It could actually be pretty high. My cousin is not quite as bad as her but is close. Yet she cruises through top level college classes with A's. I would describe my cousin as flighty, not dumb.
However, I refuse to believe she has a higher IQ than me, if only for my ego's sake.
160? She has a reading problem; even if she was actually smart, she wouldn't score high on an IQ test.
