No, not all Americans are stupid. Not all southern Americans are stupid. Not all northeastern Americans or midwestern Americans or Americans from any other part of the country are stupid. The world over, there are smart people and dumb people. In every region of every country in the entire world, you will find idiots and you will find geniuses. (I'll admit the idiots overpopulate the world compared to the geniuses, but America is not the only place where this is true.) Also, some places may have more idiots than others, but no country has a population of nothing but idiots.

These days, as a French girl, I could be revengeful and say "yes ALL Americans are stupid and ignorant" but as I have a little bit of good sense, I know that intelligence has nothing to do with nationality. Besides, I have a lot of American penpals, who have become friends, and I LOVE them, they're great !! I think that stupidity and silliness are only for politicians all around the world who bring peoples against each other. Without them, there would be no problems.
