Heck no. Although the newer parachutes are so aerodynamic that you can land standing up (back when *I* did it, you *had* to fall right or break a leg), I still think it is macho posturing.
Yes I suppose I'll do that sort of thing when I'm in my eighties. I'll have put it off quite long enough by then.
