COMMENTS:
I remember my dreams maybe once or twice a month. I wish I remembered them more often.

This ballot was inspired by Knight's ballot 45490. Maybe I should look into those subliminal CDs.

depends who I dream about, I have selective memory disorder

At least every two or three days. I used to write a dream diary but it became too much of a burden. I soon got to the stage of remembering so much that it took half an hour to write down every day. I wish I'd kept it up though. I could start again. Dreams are always ending far too soon.

Now that I'm off the pot, I've noticed that I remember my dreams about 20 times more often.

I usually do and can figure them out. It amazes me how things I think I'm not concerned about infiltrate my sleep and take over!

Almost always. They're very long (I realize they're not long but seem to go all night), and they are very vivid. There lots of details. I made such great grades in creative writing class due to writing my dreams. Ok, so it was cheating??

Cool, Tadema!

Tadema, this is NOT cheating. The best writers write what's inside them. Dreams are made up of who you are. To NOT use your dreams when they are so clear and vivid would be self defeating. Alot of very good writers and artists rely on their dreams for direction. If your creativity does not come from what's inside you, it isn't real--and people can feel that. Using your dreams isn't cheating at all--it's an honest technique.
