I used to find all his gaffs funny. Now it just makes me sad that there still some idiots who support him.

Yes. He is *so* damned ignorant that I wince when I hear him speak (when not reading off a teleprompter). It is cruel to put a seriously inept person in such a role where he can't help but make a fool of himself.
Knowing that he is a representtaive of my country doesn't help.
At least Homer has the good sense to say D'OH! in such a situation. George just snickers.
If he were anyone else, I would feel bad for him every time he opens his mouth. But because I really can't stand him, I almost enjoy it when he makes an ass of himself. The only thing that bothers me is how bad he is making my country look in the eyes of the world.
