I'd rather lose an eye than an ear. 3D vision is very important to me but stereo hearing is more so.
No question, eyes aren't easily replaced. A plastic replacement or long hair could cover a missing ear. I suppose an eye patch could look cool, but I think I'd prefer two eyes.
