I actually think chinese are the biggest threat.But disarm them is not realistic.
China haven't done anything to deserve it yet. Also it would result in a nuclear holocaust and wipe out the world so it probably isn't a good idea.
One of my ex-girlfriends was Chinese, and you could never leave her alone around kitchen knives when she'd been drinking.
