I disagree. Communist nations are the ones that have their leaders killed. Also, dictatorships as well.
Canada, there are few problems in Canada. Most countries are corrupt and face TONS of problems
I would pick the USA and fix it up. My government would be a moderate libertarian one. Get rid of the FED and keep fiat money as an emergency provision that the government can only use during war time. Stop throwing our money at other nations, especially Israel. Get out of the UN. Cut welfare programs to maybe a tenth of what they are now. Cut income tax to ~10%. Enforce the separation of church and state. There's too much to change but these are just a few things I would do.
I would want to rule Australia just because then I could help my home country. I would stand up to Bush, not take any of his bull and not be his puppet like John Howard is.
