I make the ballots on controversial subjects to make people express their views. Then they debate each others views. Through the debate, people can hear points of view they never heard before. This result may help enlighten some, and raise their awareness, which may cause them to change their opinion or at least have a better understanding of the issue. NOW TO YOU GET IT? Its every persons right to not have things that make them sick forced on them. If a huge fat ass sat down next to me I would find another seat or leave. If just to avoid the inevitable fart gas smell and the fat rolls spilling over in my seat. A dog ugly person sits next to me I'm gone as well. Your paying good money to enjoy a movie experience and whoever is sitting next to you can enhance it, effect it not at all, or ruin it as in the case of the uglos, gays, fatsos, and other rejects of society.
I just cant see how this question can raise any dexcent debate on the subject. As UP says you could say the same thing in regard to fat people, smelly people, loud people or anyone else that you find irritating in the theater. Is this ballot about being irritated in a theater or is it about bashing gay people? I cant seem to figure out what the point is here exactly. Besides, I was just wondering why you kept posting 5 ballots a day about gay people, seems like your very amused by gay couples. aha!
No, sorry GAGA, the power we have today is the results of what we fought for in the 60's. despit all the southerners did to prevent it from happening we prevailed.
