I heard a rumour that the President of the USA is in level 18 of USA secrets and security.

It may be rubbish, of course. The president may be the man at the top, the ultimate decision-maker. The man with the finger on THE BUTTON.

On the other hand, some of those top government workers are SHARP, EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT (Einstein, eat your heart out) and RUTHLESSLY AMBITIOUS. No, I don't mean Rumsfeld and Cheney. I mean the behind-the-scenes, secret government officials.

They're not going to let an idiot like GWB make the real decisions, are they? He's just a puppet, surely.

There was a joke during Reagan's presidency about how 'my Granddad is 70 too and we don't even let him near the TV remote control, let alone THE BUTTON'.

celui: the puppet thing wasn't the ballot, just an inevitable consequence of the gist of the ballot. There's new info about level 18 in this ballot. Anyway, most ballots are repeated. I checked on 'president' and 'powerful' before I made this ballot.
