COMMENTS:
Yes and not because of Youknowwhat 11th either. I keep thinking the wings are gonna fall off or the dreaded "loss of cabin pressure" happens.

Actually the most dangerous aspects of flying planes is takeoff and landing. I do worry if the wind gets a little crazy during either.

Hell yes, I'm afraid of flying, roler coasters, ferris wheels, elevators, all heights. I been on a plane once when I was very little but I was too little to care about if it crached or whatever.

Yes, I;m standing on my roof and the glued on feathers on my plastic wings is falling of...

Flying doesn't bother me.

The thought of falling out of the sky at several hundred miles per our in a bunch of flaming wreckage and slamming into the ground because of a failed jackscrew assembly or whatever does.

Not in standard commercial aircraft.

Now, in a small aircarft where I know the pilot is one of my idiot friends that can't tie his own shoelaces effectively ... that is a different story.

I don't like it, but I have to do it from time to time. I've had to fly all over North America, Europe, and South America.

Flying is fine, crashing is a bitch
by xxxxxxxx on Sun Sep 12, 04 1:34pm [+]

Yes and not because of terrorism or because I think it will crash, just because you have to be trapped on a tiny thing with a million people and there's nowhere to go. I'm not usually claustrophobic but that's almost the feeling I get on a plane.
by Kiki on Sun Sep 12, 04 8:14pm [+]

I have absolutely no fear of flying whatsoever. The thought of terrorism doesn't even cross my mind.

No, I'm afraid of frying. I got a real bad burn once on my left wrist from some cooking oil. I have a permanent scar. :-)
by exarmydude on Sun Dec 26, 04 9:55pm [+]
