Da chicago jigalo is just jelous that the cubs made it to the semifinals. haha, at least the cubs got that far.
The Cubs used to suck mainly because of poor ownership, They sucked in the 80's and 90's because the Tribune (A news paper that owns the cubs) figured that people will come no matter how much the Cubs suck. People usually go to Cubs games because of Wrigley Feild. Personally I think Wrigley Feild is over rated. I am a White Sox fan but I'm being objective. I prefer Comiskey Park because it has better seating and the park doesn't reek of urine. Anyway it pains me to say it the Cubs with their off season moves like getting Latroy Hawkins and Derek Lee will solidify their team. They also added Todd Hollands Worth and Walker. Plus they resigned kerry wood. I also hear rumors they are going after Greg Maddux. Meanwhile my worthless Whitesox aren't doing shit. I guess when the Sox are drawing 200 fans a game we will move just like the Expos or play half our games in Puerto Rico.

why do the cubs suck, the real reason is how much all the players are paid,i believe this is just a great reason not to give a crap when they play or how they play, how about taking a bunch of guys who didn't make it to the big leagues and putting them on the team for a while, meanwhile take away all the jobs from the current players and wow will there ever be improvement. might even go all the way and oh yeah you won't have to pay us to play. only there because we love the game. The cubs lack discipline and they lack having brad fettig on the team.
