COMMENTS:
His ass would be kicked so hard that it would knock his teeth out. Great question.

The media would probably treat him very differently. I would still hate him though. I hate him because of what he's done to this country, and I wouldn't be easier on him if he were a Democrat.
Personally, I have yet to see the perceived "liberal media bias" that so many rant against. Possibly this is because I take in any information from a number of sources, including Fox News. I didn't see much of a bias when Clinton was roasting on the spit, and Jimmy Carter is still hammered as an ineffectual President. So I think that Bush would be taken to task fairly hard.
Yuh, right, Rupert

give me a break, look at Dan Rather, he has hated the Bush family for years, look at what he did with Bush's father, look at today show , don't say you don't notice difference. mainstream news and hollywood work together to do what ever it can to bash republicans, reminds me of this site
Here's 40 reasons why unregistered users suck. 1) ... oh never mind, they suck for so many other reasons, but I don't feel like listing them all.
I'll retort Guest_16b6a's comments ... 1) 93 out of 100, eh? What's that based on? Fact of the matter is, Kerry's a moderate. 2) I see no problem with that -- Halliburton Cheney and his oil magnate buddies like Dubya had the war started and had innocent Iraqis killed. 3) I plain fail to see the problem with this. 4) What's wrong with the United Nations? If Bush would've listened to the UN, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in now. 5) The Kyoto Protocol -- how fuckin' terrible. It only protects our environment, how dare anyone criticize Bush for that. 6) Yes, Bush is against gay marriage, which is discrimination, plain and simple. 7) Funding for education under Bush has been horribly misdirected, and in fact, the standards set by No Child Left Behind are absurd. They punish schools whose students aren't making progress instead of helping them. 8) Women should have the right to abort children if they feel they'd be bringing the child into a bad situation. Bush is for restricting rights. 9) Oh, you mean Star Wars? You know, for a conservative, Bush sure knows how to waste people's money on programs we'll never need and that'll never work. 10) Yet what does he do for health care in America -- relieving the high prices of medicine and hospitalization? Nothing at all. Oh and where's he going to find the money to stop AIDS after his egregious tax cuts? 11) Fake emotion. Awww. 12) Jeez, do you think that John Kerry is missing some Senate votes because, just perhaps, he's RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT?! 13) I fail to see the problem with this. If someone's pregnant and desires an abortion, they should be able to get one. 14) First off, anything supposedly anti-Kerry from Fox News should automatically be discredited. Second, Bush is the one looking to give illegal immigrants US citizenship. He's already announced this -- you know, for cheap labor for his friends. 15) And we wouldn't be in this huge budget deficit now if Kerry had his way. 16) Yes, he supported a 50 cent gas increase -- a decade ago. That was when gas averaged around a dollar per gallon, and economists agree that a 10% tax decrease and a 50-cent gas increase actually makes logical sense teamed up together. 17) More specifics, please. 18) That "average" is incorrect -- mainly because the tax benefit was so heavily weighted toward the rich, those who don't need the money. Plus, as said earlier, if he didn't mindlessly cut taxes, we wouldn't be as deeply in this massive budget deficit we're in now. 19) Just plain wrong. Jobs have been created -- low-paying jobs that you can't raise a family on -- but at the same time, there's a net loss of a million jobs since March 2001, and Bush is the first President (if you refer to him as such) since the Depression to allow that to happen. 20) Started in 2000, eh? Well then, thank Bill Clinton! 21) That doesn't matter because there aren't good jobs being created -- the CEOs are pocketing the wealth, which meaans the rich are getting richer, the poor are getting poorer, and nothing's improving. 22) The economy also went to shit after Reagan got re-elected. And just because the economy grows doesn't mean more jobs -- better-paying jobs -- will be created. It hasn't yet under Bush. 23) And then Bush pulled several troops out of Afghanistan to start the quagmire in Iraq. Meanwhile, the Taliban has reappeared, Al-Qaeda has reorganized and is as strong as ever, and Osama bin Laden has never been caught. 24) Just because democracy works in America doesn't mean it'll work in every other country -- especially heavily-Islamic countries. Islam and democracy don't seem to mix -- that's just their culture. It hasn't yet, in the entire history of the world. 25) Oh wow -- I thought this screed would have been above the ignorant "flip-flops" bullshit, but apparently not. Kerry would have found out all the facts before doing something that serious. Bush decided to be stupid and avoid the facts and just invade Iraq for personal reasons. 26) Where's the poll from? I've heard conflicting information. If the Iraqis were so happy with America, there wouldn't be so much civil unrest. 27) Kay's reports have been proven wrong. 28) Is there any proof the the Iraqi government was willingly holding these terrorists? And what about al Qaeda? Bush kept saying there are ties between Iraq and al Qaeda, and that was untrue. 29) Oh THAT Saddam Hussein -- the man that America HELPED to try and defeat Iran, and America condoned it all. He had no plans to ever attack America. He was no threat to America. There was no anti-America conspiracy involving Saddam. 30) That was in Vietnam. He was following orders. It was 30 years ago. Move on. 31) Bullshit. 32) John Kerry went to Vietnam -- he of all people had the right to protest the Vietnam War. Since when was disagreeing with your government's actions immoral? 33) Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, eh? Oh yeah, they were immediately discredited as a tool of dishonest political propaganda. 34) The Patriot Act has actually been protecting America from that vicious Bill of Rights. It's unconstitutional, and there's no proof that it'll slow terrorism against America. In fact, the extreme right had a plan to try and pass the Patriot Act even before 9/11 happened. 35) Actually, Libya chose not to have a WMD program, and that had nothing to do with Bush. 36) Yet Al Qaeda has attacked in Bali, the Philippines, and Spain since 9/11 -- and they're getting stronger. Bush didn't take care of the problem. He only put on a show. 37) What Kerry said is true -- see the Patriot Act and the "reasons" behind invading Iraq. 38) Why waste tax money building weapons we don't need when we have enough? It's overkill. John Kerry was right. Again. 39) Incorrect. Kerry proposed a 1% cut in the intelligence budget, and Republicans supported a similar move. 40) That's fine with me! Better than going with the neocon terrorists in the Bush Administration. Vote Kerry/Edwards!
Not only would Democrat Bush be impeached, but the GOP would set asid ethei rage-old hatred of the UN to hand him over to the Hague to be tried for War Crimes.
Note: Bush is *not* a true Conservative, either. It is all in the names and labels, this year.
The idea Bush being a card holding, and practicing Democrat would only prove that the party had gone to crap...However, surely the media would go after him with all fours...and I would be there along side them.
'Not only would Democrat Bush be impeached, but the GOP would set asid ethei rage-old hatred of the UN to hand him over to the Hague to be tried for War Crimes.' Just like clinton was impeached and crucified in the headlines for getting us into a pointless war in the balkans, killing thousands of innocent civilians for no strategic benefit to american defense, with no exit strategy in place, and with no international (ie, UN approved) support?
herz: Your bleating about Clinton's war (as part of UN) and inexplicable defense of W's war(s) makes any attempt to retort roughly akin to trying to beat a cow that insists on diving into a meat grinder.
