It is said that 1/3 of the registered voters this year will be voting on these machines. These machines haven't been tested on large scale accuracy and security yet, but they are going to be used anyway, is this a good idea?

Yes, voting will be made easier and will cause less bias
No, computer voting isn't perfected and will cause more bias

I've seen a report by a woman who claims to have influenced the electronic voting system here in Georgia. I'll try to get my hands on the story, but the AJC on-line edition is by subscription, and I don't know if my IP server will take the business. Most here in Atlanta WON'T. If I do, I'll pass on the info. But the SCARY part of the deal is that she claims to have FOUND the program she used on the 'Net as FREEWARE...
