I hear people discussing these shows at the office, amazing that people get caught up in stuff like this.

Mindless is the key word.

I have no idea. I have seen ONE episode of Survivor, and only because I was at someone else's house while they watched and didn't want to be rude. I have no idea what the attraction is ... I guess watching people sell out their dignity is entertaining to some.

I can't remember who first said something along the lines of 'no-one ever went bust by underestimating the intelligence of the general public' but they were right.

My Father and many other Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen star'd on the real survivor! On islands named Guadalcanal, Tarawa, Okinawa, Saipan, Pelilu, Iwo Jima...to name a few. So that idiots can watch that stupid show....in English!
