House Majority Leader Tom DeLay has been called the most ethically challenged person in congress. He's gerrymandered states, including his home state of Texas. He sent a busload of rioters down to Florida to disrupt vote counting. Now his actions are coming back to haunt him. Aren't you glad?

Tom DeLay is the Republican Majority Leader in the House that is from Texas. He has been reprimended four times by the bipartisan ethics committee for fund raising violations, illegal bargaining, and misuse of federal resources.
