Yes, I'd do LIFE with my Siamese Sistah. After all, what choice would I have? If I were a judge...? Tough call.
so you'd be willing to go to jail for someone elses crime?
My sentence would be............... Oh bugger what are we gonna do about this!!! ta da ok ok im going
We're on a very slippery slope with this one Prep! I think I would have to go with guilt by association! even if the other twin was not a willing participant in the crime, he/she is at the very least an accessory (no pun intended) before and after the fact...might beat the conspiracy part of the rap though! Thanks Prep now you're going to have me thinking about this one all day long! GOOD JOB! :)
lol
Prep: Yes, if I was conjoined to my Siamese Sistah and she was guilty guilty guilty, then I'd have to accept some of that guilt, only because I hadn't managed to persuade her not to do it. :)
Great question, though. Karmically deserving...
Well the other siamese twin is at fault as well. Since the other one is in half control of the body, he or she could of prevented the murder. They both would have to take the jailtime. Its very hard to believe that the other twin could be truly "innocent"
not all the time, some of them control different limbs
hmmmmm... knew I shouldnt have allowed guests on this ballot...
you murder him and i`ll beat us up!!!
this guy that tries to spoil ballots? does he really have nothing better to do. hes like an annoying fly that wont go away.
Both must be held responsible. They are both present, therefore one would at the very least be an accomplice, after all, why didn't the other twin try to stop his half from doing it, or warn the victim?
Permanently mark the words 'murderer' on the killer's forehead somehow.
As the Judge, assuming you couldn't prove that the 'innocent' twin was guilty as well, perhaps unable physically to prevent the murder, I would order half of the jail cell to be reeeally comfortable and allow for conjugal visits for the innocent twin. The guilty twin would have to watch the visits, haha... and sleep on the brick pile half of the bed. ZIG: Seein's how I have the BESTEST Siamese Sistah eva, I could not imagine putting her through that!!! But I'd do the same for ya! :)
Very tough call, I'd say the whole body went to jail, but the one that didn't commit murder would be treated much better. The innocent one would sit down while the guilty one would do all the work, and the innocent one would get fed much more. And maybe they'd get occasional walks to restaurants, but the innocent one would get more outside privelages. All and all, they'd be in the same place, but the innocent one would be treated much better. That's my best answer...
This is where law school really pays off. This is what I'd do if I were the judge. I wouldn't give out any jail time, instead I'd make the guilty one wear a blindfold and earmuffs for a period of time. This way it is the same as if they were in jail except the innocent one would be free while the other one would have no sense or freedom.
Who is this Philly idiot talking about clowns and turds?
The innocent was not a participant. He was asleep when the other shot and killed someone, nad the other didn’t know about it. However, I would give the guilty life and put him in the custody of the other.
