Is it a serious thing anymore. We haven't had a terrorist attack for a while, most of Al-Qaeda is dead or in prison. Should we give everyday crime the same attention we do to terrorism. More people die of regular crime than they do of terrorism. Is it that serious anymore?

I thought the war on terror has been totally ineffective, hasn't harmed al-qaeda in anyway, and has in fact caused their numbers to swell beyond pre-911 levels? Because from what you're saying it sounds like bush is doing his job and this war has been largely successful, which is it?
