She gave me a dirty look, I don't know exactly why. So, I looked at her car some more, and told her hold my tool while I looked at it. Trying to lighten the mood, I said, "That sure is one long, hard, stiff tool, isn't it"? Then I proceeded to tell her that her headlights were really nice and that she just needed to fix up that loose tailpipe. I told her I'd spray some hot white cream in it, which would then stick into her tailpipe and dry up. She spoke to my boss about something and said she would never come back to this station.
