You mean it was being enforced to start with? In that case, shouldn't they have told the good folks at Enron and Worldcom and Adelphia about it? Might have saved the Justice Department a little work...

Oh, geez - don't say that.... I just spent the majority of my waking moments ensuring my company is compliant! We can no longer get any work done - but we comply! ;-P
