Sorry I_Can_Spell you are mistaken. A new terrorist outrage by Al Quaeda will give Bush and his handlers the ideal opportunity to seize total control of everything. All this has been planned. In fact The Heritage Foundation (so beloved of this website) wrote in 2000 in "Rebuilding America's Defenses" on page 63 that their plans for massive militarisation would need "some catastrophic and catalyzing event - like a new Pearl Harbour."
