Let's face it -- they aren't. The government is full of the evil neocons, the media is full of the evil neocons, religion is full of the evil neocons, and big business is full of the evil neocons.

Some people (Republican candidates, Fox News, herzog, Southerners) claim that conservatives are a repressed minority. It is not true. When neocons represent every facet of American government, they're not repressed.

For sympathy.
To advance their horrid anti-American pro-rich agenda.
