You can give subtle hints like give them breathmints, or chewing gum. Or maybe, just come out and say "Brush your teeth, sweetie, or no kisses."

Hell yeah if a girl has got the stanky breath she needs to know, because I have to be the one to smell it. I don't wanna smell that!
Oh, what I ment to say is I don't want to kiss that. HA!
I agree with Aya. I would never say it outright to my G/F. Instead I h'd rather buy some chips or gum & try sharing it.
