Hey That's_nonsense, it hasn't been proven that Kobe is guilty of anything...The idea you have already found him guilty without any evidence being presented thus far and chosing to go by her word proves only one thing...Kobe is quite fortunate that you will not be selected to sit on that jury. I think the idea it was proven that she had engaged in sexual activity with another previous to Kobe calls her character into question. However, I will with hold my opinion regarding the guilt/innocent of Kobe and his accuser after evaluating the evidence. Lastly, I believe that in the end, it will be his/her word against each other (he said/she said).
If she is proven to have lied, that means that she attempted to rob this man of his life. She should be given the punishment he would have got.
Tha only reason why she is accusing Kobe of rape is because she was dissatisfied with tha sex she had with him. That is tha only logical reason I can think of.

The defense attorney for Kobe Bryant should be disbarred for her "accidental" slippage of private information about the alleged victim. The whole trail was a disgusting shame to the American legal system. Justice was not served because whether Bryant was guilty or not (which we can't know), the alleged victim was put on trial and that is a crime itself.
And to all of the sexist cretins on here with their bullshit, you fucking try taking somebody who rapes you to court sometime and see how easy it is. See how much your sexual history has to do with it, too. There aren't any people who can't be raped, no matter how much
