[+] ballot by RobinGaylord created Wed Dec 15, 04 Personally I think it’s healthier for a kid to see an act of sex than violence because it is easier for a parent to put into context than a senseless murder. Everyone becomes aware of their sexual and violent nature at a very early age and neither should be ignored of suppressed because it could only cause harm, but murder is illegal, sex is not and the scars of witnessing a violent crime can be much worse than any guilt we could push on a child for attempting to understand their sexuality. By the way I’m talking about witnessing the event. Experiencing it first hand is entirely different. What do you think? Sex has the potential to be more hazardous.
