This is an easy one. It's Bill Clinton.
I think they both did a bad job. Bill Clinton had a horrible national security plan but he had a good economic plan. Bush has a terrible economic plan and a terrible national security plan so I'd say Clinton is lesser of two evils.
Bush=terrible economy, but excellent cabinet and national security plan. Rumsfeld is top-notch.

There both puppets for the new world order. Don’t forget Clinton had every chance to catch Binladen, he was responsible for Waco and he did nothing to stop the Rwanda genocide. But I guess Bush is worse.

Clinton didn't "have every chance to catch Binladen" -- that's nothing more than a Republican myth to try and cover up Bush's ineptitude.
Asking who's better between Clinton and Bush is like asking which tastes better between chocolate and poop.
^It's literally that obvious that Clinton was better.
Council Clinton protected suspects of the Oklahoma bombing. He was responsible for the wacco massacre, he did nothing to stop the Rwanda genocide, all he did was airlift Americans out of that hotel he didn’t do anything to help the other non Americans in that Hotel and he let the innocent Rwandan’s be murdered.
The Sudanese government offered to give Clinton Binladen but he said “thanks but no thanks”
Mr Clinton's plans to pursue bin Laden were mocked by special forces operatives as "going Hollywood"
And now The current President Bush’s father and mother are close to Clinton and calling him there son. Its obvious that Clinton carried out the global elite’s agenda. He even had the same policies as mr Bush has.
They were both just as evil.

What’s obvious is that it’s easy to bash the president who belongs to the party you don’t support but there’s nothing the president who belongs to your party can do wrong, oh no he’s a perfect angel and when someone presents you evidence its just republican propaganda and Robin anyone with half a brain knows they were both evil.

The longer we suffer under Bush, the more I miss Clinton. He was awesome.
Neither. They both are globalists who are bringing in state-sponsored terrorism. They're Bilderberg-group hand picked loyalists to a new world order.
