If you go down to the woods tonight, be sure of a big suprise, lala la la la lala. :-)
yeah, when I was about 9 or 10 two relatives about the same age & I were going outside to get our school books out of the car. We were at the river on the edge of the woods (at my uncle's house) & just after we walked out & closed the door we looked up & saw something with (no joke) glowing red eyes (or atleast it looked like that) and we all ran back inside. It scared me out of going into the woods for a while
Glowing red eyes..that's what seem ppl claim to see. A huge creature with glowing red eyes. How scary

3 or 4 years ago, on a little visit out to the woods near Loch Lomond, i decided to go for a little stroll with the dogs and leave the picnic area. it was a beautiful sunny day (unusual for scotland) and seemed like nothing could go wrong. as i skipped through the woods happilly, i heard a crushing noise coming from the trees. whos there? i shouted. there was no answer, must have been a fox or something. anyway, i continued along the country path picking up pinecones on the way, when suddenly i felt a strange sensation in my belly.... i had to go pee. so as i stepped behind the bush to take a tinkle, i heard a rustle from a few feet ahead of me. WHOS THERE??? i shouted. silence.... as i finished up, i saw a figure standing by the trees in the shadows, like a man. except it wasnt a man, it was all covered with hair and i felt a trickle of sweat roll down my forehead. the hairs were standing up on the back of my neck, i heard another rustle behind me and took a look behind me. there was nothing. i looked back to where the figure was standing, there was nothing.... just then, something grabbed me on the shoulder.... then i woke up. see how i make stories
aya, I forgot to mention I think it was just an owl or large bird, the eyes were way up above us with the trees behind them. I don't know why they looked red but I hope it was an owl or the likes :) otherwise yeah that memory would still scare me!
Yes I saw alot of 4 legged creatures that were all furry and didnt speak english.

I grew up in New Jersey, in the heart of the Pine Barrens. When I was two years old, I saw what I think was the Jersey Devil. Can't prove it, can't disprove it. But I don't go in the woods anymore.
The beast of bodmin moor is said to roam the country side on bodmin moor in the UK, there have been numerous sightings of "the beast" said to resemble a black panther, however, just like the loch ness monster there has been little or no hard evidence to substantiate these claims.
