I remember reading about this in the news a long time ago. A man, who was afraid of a chemical attack on the US, went out and bought duct tape, and proceeded to duct tape on the entire house. Thinking "What if I'm the only male left to procreate," he proceeded to put duct tape on his genitals, in the case being that he would be needed to procreate. I can't remember exactly what happened, but when he was taken to the hospital, the doctors and staff all laughed at him. He tried to sue the hospital, can't remember the outcome of the lawsuit.

Why a duct? Why a no chicken?

He was very, very upset by the fact that the doctors and nurses all laughed at him. I'm assuming that the case was thrown out of court.
