Everytime I watch a football game or boxing match I allways seem to here ( first I would like to thank Jesus because without him none of this would be possible), Or somthing to that nature. Then the next match and/or game you can ask that person what went wrong and gods never mentioned. So according to these religious athletes jesus is undefeated. I find it strange and very typical for religious followers.

Because god is perfect and therfore can't loose.
Most althletes are stupid and forget about him during the compotition
Where in the hell is the beef
Must have been Satin and I know he is the one who made me drop the ball.
I don't care as long as my team wins
They're brainwashed

RB, you make a good point. Also, if someone prays to God for help in a sporting event, doesn't that mean they hope God will work agaist the opponent? For instance, if Manny Ramirez prays to God to help him against Randy Johnson, will God slow down Johnson's fastball for him?
