It doesn't matter anymore -- Bush has been re-elected (well, "re-elected"). Bush has flat-out said he doesn't expect to be held accountable for anything, so he's going to hang out with the company he chooses -- and he's choosing the hard hard HARD right.
The Right has stumbled upon a bold and effective strategy: If they shamelessly refuse to acknowledge scandals ... they eventually go away.
