Sorry Babs. My regards to the wife by the way. I gotta say that I called New England from the beginning of the playoffs as well as the Eagles so I've been quite accurate. But, New England is going to trounce Philly and I have no allegiance to either team, I'm just saying. None of the running QBS will ever win a superbowl. (vick, mcnabb, culpepper) I'd say opening line at NE by 14 but I would say a win by 21+ would not surprise me especially after seeing the Pats completely shut down Pitt's run game tonight. Philly does not have the receivers to rely on or the arm to get the ball there.
But back to the point, yes I hate Philadelphia for pulling off that freak play last year that killed my Packers.

My rationale is not simply the running QBs spiel. NE will shut down any run offense period. That's my point. So one of the Eagles few weapons in McNabb's legs aren't gonna do a thing. T.O. may or may not play but that's really irrelevant to me. McNabb won't have the time in the pocket vs. the Pats, he's not going to be able to get the ball off, he's going to be forced to scramble a lot, and he will be beaten badly.

The Eagles had only one flaw in their championship team last year, one T. Owens. Lose him, and the ship rights itself. As for replacing him? There are plenty of good wideouts out there. Just a matter of finding them.
