Spoken to from real life...

I just had most of my house recarpeted, and the company I started with hit me with a $150 charge for the underpads, THE DAY THEY LAID THE CARPET. I broke the contract with them, hired a friend of the guy who painted my interior, and came up a thousand bucks cheaper.
