And if the idiots DO decide to do it anyway, give me three hours warning, and warn Canada that it'll be a crash landing. Seriously, as badly as they mucked up the vaccines for our soldiers, I wouldn't trust a team of Government scientists to tell me if it were smowing at the South Pole. These guys are hired more for their political connections than actual skill and knowledge. If it sounds like paranoia, let it. but I have tried to get Government grants for science research, back in my university days. I lost out to a guy who had the man in charge of disbursements on speed-dial...
I don't know what to think about this. It worries me that we are not still protected against this virus but I am afraid to think about them "creating" something even worse.
