I saw a guy glancing down at a newspaper while driving up I-95 one day last summer. That's got to be the dumbest thing , it looked like he was trying to read it & drive at the same time. He was driving slow but still how busy can you be that you have to do both at the same time?

I'm sure that, sometimes, when I say things, some of you read them and think, "He's lying his collective a$$ off!" Well, I'm NOT.

I was once driving along I-285 here in Atlanta (this is a highway that circles the city. We call it the Perimeter), in the second-rightmost of five-lane traffic, when a woman blows by me in the leftmost lane, doing close to a hundred, reading the paper. And I don't mean "it's spread out across her lap and she's looking down at it" reading. She's got the thing FULLY UPRIGHT, totally blocking her forward view. And, after two minutes of this, she realizes that she's got to take the next exit, and she does, cutting five lanes of traffic off as she does, NEVER putting the paper down.
