COMMENTS:
I just got this flick on DVD, "Van Helsing", and Roxburgh's Dracula accent makes Bela Lugosi's look authentic. If you're ever depressed and need a laugh, then this is the movie for you!

Dick Van Dyke, however the worst 'English' accent I have ever heard was on Frasier.

Two things were wrong.

1. It was a terrible imitation and

2. It was an attempt at a cockney accent, and seeing how he and Daphne were brother and sister, and she had a Mancunian accent (that means from manchester for those not au fait with the term), it was geographically incorrect.

While I consider "Mary Poppins" to be among my very favorite Disney movies, I cringe everytime Dick Van Dyke opens his mouth in that film. Absolutely MORTIFYING and painful to listen to.
