Against, clearly. No one who believes the Geneva Conventions to be a "quaint anachronism" should be our country's Attorney General. Even now, I can't believe he is getting the position. What has our country come to ...?!?
My problem with the man is mainly that he was the White House counsel and had advised them on how to handle the Valerie Plame case and now he will be overseeing the investigation. Also, I hate Mexicans.. just kidding!
THere are too many unanswered questions about his role in defining the treatment (or lack therof) of enemy combatants, and he seems unwilling to give anything other than the pat answer.
I missed that "quaint anachronism" bit, C. I guess that he never had any family members in the military.
THE WHOLE MASS WOULD VOTE AGAINST.
